Colin Quinn (95,96,97,98)

5, 2009 - Colin worked at HSR for four summers and served as
Staff-in-Training, Outtripper/Survival
Instructor and Senior Waterfront Instructor. In 1997 he was the recipient of the
Supervisor's Award
bestowed annually "to staff who actively demonstrates belief in the Scout Law
and Promise". He was the first recipient
of the HSR Staff Alumni Bursary in 1998.
Colin graduated with Honours from
the Fire Services Preparation Program at
Humber College in Toronto, and
in June 2000 was hired as firefighter with the
Markham Fire and Emergency
Services.
He is married to Sarah Parks-Quinn (98-01,03-05,07-08) and
they have one daughter: Emma Morgan Quinn born November 7, 2005 and a son Gavin
Douglas Quinn born June 29, 2009. Colin served
on the HSR Staff Alumni Executive as Trails Chair from 1999-2003.
