David Cooper (61)
 July
12, 2003 - David Cooper worked at HSR for the summer of 1961 where he
served on Composite Staff. David is a Executive Vice
President with Royal
Bank and is a Past President of Scouts Canada
and currently
Director, Scouts Canada; Director, GTR
Scout Foundation; and Haliburton Club Honorary Chair
- Greater Toronto Region. He also served as Chair of the Haliburton Camp
Committee. In 2002 he was
presented with one of Canadian Scouting's highest awards for especially
distinguished service to Scouting - the Silver Acorn. He
