Served as an IT, Admin Clerk, Country Store Assistant Manager and Manager. Wayne is the President/Owner of an environmental protection firm and has recently moved to a 200 acre farm (with a farmhouse built in 1834) near Hornby, Ontario. [1997]

MADDEN, Eric (73-74) Collingwood, ON [Exp Dec 2005]
Served as Kitchen Staff and Maintenance Apprentice. Eric feels that his years as a camper and staff member at HSR are without a doubt, some of the most vivid and fond memories of his life. Eric is now a chef.

Served as Administrator. Peter is married with one child and has recently been hired as the new Executive Director for Scouts Canada - Great Northern Region.[1997]

MCFARLAND, Dr. Jim (67-71,89*) Roberts Creek, BC - MEMBERSHIP EXPIRED 1998!
Served as an IT, Composite Jr. ASM, Skipper, Outtripper and Camp Doctor. Jim is a physician who is married and has four children.

Served as IT, and Kitchen staff. "Currently, I am the sole owner/employee of Denim Enterprises, a Computer Networking & Support firm located in Barrie." [January 2001]

Served as Store Manager. Now works at Stelco in Human Resources (although currently on mat leave, returning in January 09) in Hamilton. [Dec 2002] Lauren married Gord McLean (95-98,00) on September 9th, 2005.

Served as Maintenance and Truck Driver. Now owner of Action Restaurant Service Ltd. Brother of Jim and Len.

MCVEIGH, Jim (1958-1963*) Markham, ON [Exp 2006]
Served as maintenance and truck driver. Now works with his brother Barry (68-70) at Action Restaurant Service Ltd. Also brother of Len (63-65).

Served as maintenance staff. Currently employed as an electrician. Brother of Barry and Jim. [Aug 1999]

MEYER, Gord (70-73) Oshawa, ON [Exp 2007]
Served as IT, Archery Instructor, Jr Composite ASM, and Composite Skipper. Gord is currently Sales & Marketing Director with Proctor & Gamble Inc., is married to Deborah and has two children: Robert 15 and Anne 11. [November 2002]

MONDERMAN, Derek (98-02*) Toronto, ON - MEMBERSHIP EXPIRED 2005!
Served as Volunteer, Survival/Outtripper and Composite Staff. Derek is currently attending University of Waterloo. [December 2001]

MOORE, Al (47-54*) Whitby, ON - LIFE MEMBER
Served as Water Transport and a variety of other roles in the earliest days of HSR. Al is the son of late Muriel and JC Moore and brother of Don (47-52) and is now retired. In 2009 Al was made an Life Member of the HSR Staff Alumni Association for his pioneering efforts in the earliest days of the camp.

MOORE, Don (47-52*) Leamington, ON - LIFE MEMBER
Served in a variety of roles during the early days of HSR. Don is the son of Muriel and JC Moore and brother of Al (47-54). Although Don is now retired he has been the Chair for the last six years of the Henry Community Youth Camp located in Point Pelee National Park. [August 2000] In 2009 Don was made an Life Member of the HSR Staff Alumni Association for his pioneering efforts in the earliest days of the camp.
